Who else handles it
Providers that help us run the studio, under contracts that bind them to our instructions: Cloudflare (hosting, security, the brief form and statistics), Google (Workspace for email, and Analytics for visit statistics), Resend (delivers the brief form to our inbox) and Calendly (call booking). YouTube and Vimeo receive data only when you press play on a film.
Transfers outside Europe
Some of these providers process data in the United States. Those transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Client records, for as long as Spanish tax and commercial law requires, currently up to six years.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to hello@madebyschaaf.com. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es.
