Questions Producers Ask
Who do you work with?
Production companies in the US, the UK and Europe, and the brands they make films for.
How do you price a project?
Per film, as one fixed quote agreed before the footage arrives. The price depends on the runtime, how much footage there is and what the film needs. We don't bill by the hour.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the film. Tell us the date it's due on the first call, and we'll say whether we can make it.
Do you need a credit?
We'd like one, and every film on our Work page carries one. If a project has to stay unbranded, tell us on the call. We never contact your client unless you ask us to.
Will you sign our NDA?
Yes, before any footage arrives.
How do we send the footage?
As a link from Frame.io, Dropbox, Google Drive or MASV, or on a drive for larger projects. We confirm when everything is in and backed up.
What do you edit and grade in?
Adobe Premiere Pro for the edit and DaVinci Resolve Studio for color. If your team needs a particular setup or the project files back, tell us on the call.
How do reviews work?
On Frame.io, with comments pinned to the frame.
Do you handle music?
Yes. We use royalty-free music libraries, and we can license a specific song if you'd like one.
Do you work on healthcare and pharma films?
Yes. We've cut patient stories and documentaries for biotech and patient advocacy clients, and we plan every schedule around medical-legal review.
Do you use AI in the edit?
We don't put generated shots or voices into your film without your OK. AI video production is a separate service.
Where are you based?
In Madrid. We work remotely with production companies in the US, the UK and Europe, and keep calls inside your working day.
Who will we be working with?
Alan. He leads every project and reviews every cut before it reaches you.
