About Schaaf

SCHAAF is the documentary brand-film studio founded by filmmaker Alan Schaaf.

We make films for mission-driven brands and organizations with a story that deserves to be told with care. Patient stories, brand documentaries, milestone and legacy films, told with the honesty of a documentary and the craft of cinema.

Alan has worked in film since age 16, with credits spanning documentary, commercial, and narrative work. What began in post-production has grown into a full studio that develops the concept, runs the production on location, and carries every project through editing, color, sound, and delivery.
